The XTRWELD 415-332-15 is a MIG liner wire conduit designed for Tregaskiss-style MIG welding guns. It measures 3/32 inch in diameter and 15 feet in length, making it a direct-fit replacement for standard Tregaskiss traditional consumable liners. The liner guides welding wire from the drive roll through the gun cable to the contact tip, ensuring consistent wire feed and reducing birdnesting or feed resistance during operation. Welding technicians and fabricators install this liner as part of routine gun maintenance or when upgrading consumable components on compatible MIG setups.
This liner is suited for use with Tregaskiss Tough Gun and Bernard BTB TGX welding guns. It is an OEM-quality replacement that follows Tregaskiss traditional consumable specifications. It is compatible with Tregaskiss Toughlock, AccuLock, and R series gun configurations as a full replacement set — note that traditional and Tregaskiss style consumables are not intended to be mixed within the same setup, but either system can be used exclusively in place of the other.
Designed for use with Tregaskiss Tough Gun and Bernard BTB TGX welding guns. Functions as a full replacement for Tregaskiss Toughlock, AccuLock, and R series consumable liners. Traditional and Tregaskiss style consumables should not be mixed in the same gun assembly.
Liner replacement is a standard MIG gun maintenance task performed by welding technicians or experienced fabricators. Before replacing the liner, power down the welder, release wire tension at the drive roll, and remove the contact tip and nozzle to allow liner extraction from the front of the gun. Feed the new liner from the drive-roll end and trim to the appropriate length before reinstalling the contact tip. Follow the gun manufacturer's service documentation for proper liner seating and trim length specific to the gun model in use.
