The XTRWELD 401-5-75 is a heavy-duty MIG welding nozzle designed for Tregaskiss-style MIG gun systems. It features a 1/4-inch recess depth and a 3/4-inch outer diameter, making it a direct OEM-quality replacement for traditional Tregaskiss-style consumables. This nozzle is manufactured to match the fit and performance of original equipment, reducing downtime when swapping consumables in the field. Welding professionals and fabricators install this nozzle as part of routine consumable maintenance on compatible MIG gun setups. The part number is marked directly on the nozzle for fast identification during changeouts.
The 401-5-75 is suited for use with Tregaskiss Tough Gun and Bernard BTB TGX MIG guns. It is compatible with Tregaskiss traditional-style consumable systems. Note that Tregaskiss-style traditional consumables can replace Tregaskiss Toughlock, AccuLock, and R-series consumables as full replacements, but these series are not intermixable within the same setup. This nozzle is appropriate for production welding environments, fabrication shops, and maintenance welding applications where consistent arc shielding and nozzle fit are critical.

MIG nozzle replacement is a routine consumable service task performed by qualified welders or maintenance technicians. Power down the welding system and ensure the gun is fully de-energized before removing or installing nozzles. Inspect the contact tip and gas diffuser for wear during each nozzle changeout. Thread or press the nozzle to the manufacturer-specified seating point without overtightening to avoid damaging the diffuser body.
