The XTRWELD 10N44 is a size 12 alumina standard TIG welding cup designed for use with 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches. This nozzle directs shielding gas flow around the tungsten electrode and weld pool, protecting the arc from atmospheric contamination. At 3/4 inch in diameter and 2 inches in height, it suits a wide range of joint access situations. The alumina construction handles the heat demands of TIG welding while remaining lightweight. The size marking is molded directly onto the cup for quick identification during torch setup. Licensed welding technicians and trade welders are the primary installers of this consumable.
This cup is used in GTAW (TIG) welding applications across fabrication shops, maintenance and repair operations, and field welding environments. It fits the widely used 17, 18, and 26 series torch bodies, which are common in both light industrial and precision welding work. Its OEM-quality construction makes it a direct drop-in replacement for standard alumina nozzles on those torch series. It is suited for welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals where shielding gas coverage is critical to weld quality.
Compatible with 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches across all major brands. Designed as a direct OEM-style replacement for size 12 standard alumina nozzles on those torch series.
This cup is installed and replaced by welders and GTAW technicians as a routine consumable during torch maintenance. Power down and disconnect the welding machine before replacing torch consumables. Thread the cup onto the torch body by hand until snug — do not overtighten alumina cups, as the ceramic material can crack under excessive force. Inspect the cup for cracks or chips before each use and replace if damaged.
