The WIREPATH WP-PC-CAT6-25FT-YLW is a Cat6 Ethernet patch cable designed for structured wiring installations in residential and light commercial environments. At 25 feet in length, it provides enough reach for connecting network switches, routers, patch panels, and end devices across typical rack-to-wall or device-to-device runs. The yellow jacket aids in visual cable identification in multi-cable installations, a practical advantage in server closets, AV racks, and distributed network setups. Low-voltage installers, network technicians, and AV integrators use this cable for clean, reliable Ethernet connections in structured cabling systems.
This patch cable is suited for residential home networks, commercial office data runs, and AV system integrations where Cat6 performance is required. It is appropriate for use with standard RJ45 keystone jacks, patch panels, switches, and network interface equipment. The 25-foot length fits intermediate runs where a shorter cable would fall short and a longer cable would create excessive slack.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard Cat6 patch cable for use with Cat6 and Cat6E patch panel systems and standard RJ45 network equipment.
Installation is performed by low-voltage technicians or AV integrators following TIA-568 structured cabling standards. Avoid sharp bends below the cable minimum bend radius and do not route alongside high-voltage conductors without proper separation. Secure cables with appropriate hook-and-loop fasteners or cable management hardware to maintain a clean installation. No special tools beyond a cable tester are typically needed for patch cable deployment.
