The WINTERS PPC5082-45G is a liquid-filled process industrial pressure gauge designed for demanding commercial and industrial applications where vibration, pulsation, and pressure spikes are routine. The gauge features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a dual-scale display, reading 0 to 30 psi, and delivers 0.5% of full-scale accuracy meeting ANSI/ASME Grade 2A standards. Glycerine fill dampens needle movement and protects internal components. Brass wetted parts and a thermoplastic case make it suitable for a broad range of compatible media. A lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection allows direct pipe or panel installation.

This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing installations, water treatment equipment, process piping, and compressed-air systems where continuous pressure monitoring is required. Lower-mount configuration is commonly used in panel-mount or pipe-tee installations where a direct bottom entry simplifies plumbing runs. Installation Notes
