The WINTERS pfq807lf is a lead-free pressure gauge designed for plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems where potable water compliance or lead-free material requirements apply. It features a 2.5-inch nominal dial with a 0 to 300 psi range and a 1/4-inch NPT male bottom-mount process connection. The 304 stainless steel gauge case provides corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 1.50 percent of full scale. The IP65-rated enclosure protects internal components from dust ingress and water jets, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians are the primary installers of this gauge.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications where pressure monitoring of water supply lines, hydronic heating systems, or general fluid systems is required. The bottom-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection allows direct installation into standard pipe fittings and manifold ports without adapters in most cases. The white dial face provides clear readability in the field. The liquid-filled vibration resistance rating makes it appropriate for systems with pump-induced vibration or pulsation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for residential and commercial plumbing, hydronic, and HVAC fluid systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT bottom-mount connection and a 0 to 300 psi measurement range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IFGC or IPC requirements. Shut off system pressure and relieve all residual pressure before removing or installing the gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads before installation. Do not over-tighten the process connection, as this can damage the gauge socket or fitting threads.
