The WINTERS PFP929-25FF-SG. is a liquid fillable analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding industrial and mechanical applications. The gauge features a 2.5 inch dial with a dual scale readout and a 1/4 inch NPT back mount connection. Glycerine fill dampens pointer oscillation and protects internal components from vibration and pressure spikes. The stainless steel case and 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube provide corrosion resistance across a wide range of media. Accuracy is rated at 1.6 percent of scale, meeting ANSI/ASME Grade 1A requirements. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters typically install this gauge during system commissioning and service.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial applications where fluid or gas pressure must be monitored reliably under vibration or pulsating conditions. The glycerine fill makes it appropriate for hydraulic systems, compressed air lines, water systems, and chemical process piping where pointer stability is critical. Back mount orientation fits panel or pipe installations where a flush or recessed profile is required. The operating temperature range of -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F covers most field service environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPT back mount liquid fillable gauge in the 0 to 1000 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing any gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media being measured to the NPT threads before installation. Do not overtighten the connection, as stainless steel fittings can gall; use a wrench on the hex of the gauge body rather than on the case.
