The WINTERS PFP927-25FF-SG. is a liquid-fillable pressure gauge designed for demanding industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process applications where vibration, pulsation, or corrosive media are present. It features a 2-1/2 inch analog dial with a 0 to 300 psi range and a dual-scale display. The 304 stainless steel case and 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and wetted parts provide corrosion resistance across a wide range of fluids and environments. Glycerine fill dampens pointer movement caused by pressure spikes and vibration. Accuracy is rated at 1.6 percent of scale, meeting ANSI/ASME Grade 1A standards. The gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians in commercial and industrial systems.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing systems, HVAC hydronic loops, refrigeration circuits, compressed air lines, and light industrial process piping where back-mount installation is required. The 1/4 inch NPT back-mount connection allows direct panel or pipe installation where a side-entry fitting is not practical. The glycerine-filled stainless steel construction makes it a reliable choice in environments with continuous vibration or pressure fluctuation. Operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F, supporting both cold and elevated-temperature service conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPT back-mount liquid-fillable gauge in the 0 to 300 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 guidelines. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Use appropriate thread sealant on NPT threads and avoid overtightening, which can damage the gauge body or connection port. Do not exceed the rated maximum working pressure or temperature of the gauge.
