The WINTERS PFP925-25FF-SG. is a liquid-fillable analog pressure gauge designed for industrial and mechanical systems where accurate, stable pressure readings are required. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a dual-scale display and a measurement range of 0 to 160 psi. The case is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and all wetted parts are stainless steel, making it suitable for corrosive media and washdown environments. The gauge is filled with glycerine to dampen vibration and pulsation, extending the service life of the Bourdon tube. It is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics.

This gauge is used in residential and commercial plumbing systems, HVAC hydronic circuits, compressed air lines, and light industrial fluid systems where pressures up to 160 psi must be monitored continuously. The back mount configuration with a 1/4-inch NPT thread suits panel or manifold installations where a flush-mounted or rear-connected gauge is required. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before threading in or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads and tighten to a snug fit using an appropriate wrench on the hex fitting — do not apply torque directly to the gauge case. Verify the operating temperature does not exceed 250 degrees F or fall below -40 degrees F during service.
