The WINTERS PEM1410 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial fluid-handling applications. It features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 200 psi range and a plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale accuracy rating. The gauge uses a center back mount configuration with a 1/4-inch threaded connection. The wetted parts are brass, making it compatible with a wide range of non-corrosive media. The steel case provides durable protection in typical service environments. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters install this type of gauge as part of pressure monitoring assemblies on boilers, pumps, compressors, and distribution lines.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a compact, back-mount pressure gauge is required. The 2-inch dial size fits standard panel cutouts and pipe-mounted brackets. The no-fill design means the dial cavity is dry, making it appropriate for use in environments where an oil or glycerin fill is not specified. The 1/4-inch center back connection is a common thread size found across plumbing and HVAC equipment, allowing straightforward installation in most existing gauge ports.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install pressure gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-system applications requiring a 2-inch dial, 1/4-inch center back mount gauge with a 0 to 200 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing a new one. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the 1/4-inch male threads as required by local plumbing code before threading the gauge into the port. Do not over-tighten the gauge connection, as brass fittings can be damaged by excessive torque.
