The WINTERS PEM1321 is a 1.5-inch dial analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. It features a steel case with brass wetted parts and a lower-mount 1/8-inch threaded connection. The gauge reads from 0 to 160 psi with a 3-2-3 percent of scale accuracy rating, meaning accuracy is held to 3 percent at the lower and upper ends of the scale and 2 percent through the mid-range. There is no liquid fill, making this a dry gauge suited for stable, low-vibration installations. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters typically install this gauge as part of pressure monitoring setups on water, air, or gas systems.
This gauge is well suited for residential and light commercial plumbing and HVAC applications where a compact, readable pressure indicator is needed. The 1.5-inch dial and lower-mount configuration fit standard panel-mount or pipe-mount installations in tight spaces. The 1/8-inch NPT lower-mount connection is common on boilers, compressors, water supply lines, and HVAC equipment manifolds where a small-profile gauge is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install analog pressure gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and compressed-air systems requiring a 1/8-inch NPT lower-mount connection and a 1.5-inch dial.
Install this gauge using a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician where local codes require. Shut down system pressure and depressurize the line completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads before hand-tightening and snugging with a wrench. Do not overtighten, as brass wetted components can be damaged by excessive torque.
