The WINTERS p9s90221 is a 90 Series pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. It features a 3.5-inch dial face for easy reading at a distance and a 1/4-inch NPT bottom-mount connection for direct inline or tee installation. The gauge reads from 0 to 30 PSI with a corresponding KPA scale, making it suitable for low-pressure water, gas, and air systems. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters commonly specify this gauge for service panels, boiler systems, and pressure test setups where a reliable, easy-to-read analog display is required.
The p9s90221 fits residential and light commercial service environments where low-pressure monitoring is standard. The bottom-mount NPT connection allows vertical installation directly into a pipe tee, manifold, or pressure port. The dual PSI and KPA scale supports work on systems using either measurement standard. This gauge is a practical choice for boiler feed lines, water pressure monitoring points, compressed air circuits under 30 PSI, and general plumbing pressure verification tasks.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and compressed air systems with 1/4-inch NPT bottom-mount pressure ports in the 0 to 30 PSI operating range.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or HVAC technicians in accordance with applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines. Shut off system pressure and depressurize the line fully before removing an existing gauge or fitting the new one. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads before tightening. Do not overtighten the gauge body using pipe jaws against the dial housing — use a wrench on the hex fitting only.
