The WINTERS INSTRUMENTS pem201lf is a lead-free pressure gauge from the PEM Series, designed to measure pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. It features a 2-inch dial face and a 1/4-inch NPT connection, providing a compact, readable display suited for tight installations. The gauge covers a range of 0 to 60 psi with dual psi and kPa scaling and carries a 3-2-3 percent accuracy rating, meaning accuracy is held within 3 percent at the lower and upper ends of the scale and 2 percent in the middle third. Licensed plumbers and mechanical contractors rely on this gauge for pressure monitoring at fixtures, boilers, pumps, and distribution lines where lead-free compliance is required.
The pem201lf is intended for residential and light commercial plumbing and HVAC applications where lead-free wetted components are mandated by code, including potable water systems covered under state and local amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act. Its 2-inch dial size is common in panel-mount and pipe-mount installations where space is limited but readability is still required. This gauge fits standard 1/4-inch NPT threaded ports, making it a direct fit for a wide range of valves, manifolds, and test ports already common in the field.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, boiler, and HVAC systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT, 2-inch dial pressure gauge with lead-free wetted materials.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified mechanical contractor in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable ASME B40.100 gauge standards. Relieve all system pressure and isolate the line before removing an existing gauge or threading in the pem201lf. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads as required by local code, and hand-tighten before using a wrench to avoid cracking the gauge socket. Do not exceed the rated pressure range during system pressure tests.
