The WILMAR CORPORATION W54213 is an 18 gauge tempered stainless steel grease injection needle designed for precise lubrication of hard-to-reach bearings. The needle profile is slim enough to insert under or through bearing seals without disassembly, reducing service time on equipment with sealed or shielded bearings. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 3,000 psi and is intended for use with hand grease guns only. A protective cover is included to guard the needle tip during storage and transport. This tool is used by HVAC technicians, equipment mechanics, and fleet maintenance professionals who service motor bearings, fan assemblies, and other sealed lubrication points.
The W54213 is suited for bearing lubrication tasks in residential and light commercial maintenance settings. It is particularly useful when standard grease gun fittings cannot access a bearing zerk or when a technician needs to inject grease directly through a seal without removing the bearing. The needle is sold in a package quantity of 24 units, making it practical for shop stocking or fleet service kits. Compatible with standard hand grease guns, it addresses common service challenges on motors, fans, conveyors, and similar rotating equipment encountered in HVAC, refrigeration, and general mechanical maintenance.
Designed for use with hand grease guns only. Suitable for bearing lubrication applications where direct needle injection under or through a bearing seal is required.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified mechanic or maintenance technician familiar with grease gun operation and bearing lubrication procedures. Before lubricating any bearing, de-energize and lock out the equipment per applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Insert the needle carefully at a low angle to avoid bending or damaging the tip. Do not use this needle with pneumatic or high-pressure powered grease guns, as the 3,000 psi maximum working pressure rating applies to hand gun use only.
