Product Description

The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISSXT930 is a Flextension socket extension combining a drive extension and socket into a single integrated unit with a non-removable design. Built for engine and heavy equipment manufacturing, assembly, and repair environments, this 1/2 inch drive tool accepts a 15/16 inch fastener and delivers up to 160 ft-lbs (1,920 in-lbs / 217 Nm) of maximum working torque. The socket retention pin is TIG welded to ensure full rotational power transfer to the socket. A black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance for long service life in demanding shop conditions.

This Flextension is designed for use on hand tools and power tools including impulse and direct drive tools. It is not rated for impact tool use. The integrated socket-and-extension design eliminates the common problem of sockets disconnecting from the extension during continuous operation, making it well suited for high-volume assembly and repetitive fastening tasks in automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial maintenance settings.

Compatibility

Designed for use with hand tools and power tools (impulse or direct drive). Not compatible with impact tools. Fits standard 1/2 inch drive tool configurations.

Installation Notes

This tool is installed by hand into any compatible 1/2 inch drive tool. Before use, confirm the tool is powered down or air supply is disconnected. Do not use this Flextension with impact wrenches or impact drivers, as it is not rated for impact use. Inspect the TIG welded retention pin and socket opening for wear before each use in high-torque applications.
