The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISSXM415 is a Flextension drive extension and socket combination designed for engine assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, and mechanical repair. The integrated, non-removable design permanently joins the drive extension to the socket, eliminating the risk of the socket disconnecting mid-task. It accepts a 1/2 inch drive, fits a 15 MM fastener size, and features a 6-point SUPERTORQUE lobular socket opening for maximum turning power without deforming fastener heads. Maximum working torque is rated at 160 ft-lbs (1920 in-lbs / 217 Nm). Finished in durable Black Oxide, it is built for continuous production and service environments.
The JHWISSXM415 is suited for use in automotive engine assembly, heavy equipment maintenance, and industrial manufacturing lines where reliable, uninterrupted fastener driving is required. The socket retention pin is TIG welded, providing full rotational power transfer to the socket. The drive end includes a 7/32 inch cross hole bevel for easier tool engagement. This Flextension supports up to a 30 degree angle offset, allowing access to fasteners in confined or angled locations. It is rated for use with hand tools and power tools including impulse and direct drive tools. It is not rated for impact tool use.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch drive hand tools and power tools including impulse and direct drive tools. Not compatible with impact tools. Fits 15 MM fasteners with a 6-point engagement profile.
This Flextension is intended for installation by mechanics, assembly technicians, and trade professionals working on engine or heavy equipment fasteners. Always confirm the tool drive rating matches the extension before use. Do not use this extension with impact wrenches or impact drivers, as it is not rated for impact tool use. Inspect the TIG welded retention pin and socket engagement before each use to confirm structural integrity.
