The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISSX424 is a 3/4 inch, 6-point Flextension combining a drive extension and socket into a single integrated unit. The socket retention pin is TIG welded to the extension body, delivering full rotational power transfer and eliminating the risk of the socket separating during operation. Rated for a maximum working torque of 160 ft. lbs. (1,920 in. lbs. / 217 Nm), it is built for sustained use in engine assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, and mechanical repair environments. The drive end features a 7/32 inch cross hole bevel for ease of installation and positioning.
The JHWISSX424 is suited for professional assembly and repair applications where a conventional extension and socket combination risks disconnecting mid-task. The integrated design supports continuous, uninterrupted workflow on production lines and in field repair settings. It accommodates up to 30 degrees of angle offset, allowing access to fasteners in recessed or obstructed locations. It is designed for use with hand tools and power tools including impulse and direct-drive tools. It is not rated for impact tool use.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch drive hand tools and power tools (impulse or direct drive) in engine and heavy equipment manufacturing, assembly, and repair applications. Not for use with impact tools.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or assembly technician familiar with torque specifications for the fasteners being driven. Confirm the drive tool is powered down or set to neutral before attaching or removing the Flextension. Do not exceed the rated maximum working torque of 160 ft. lbs. Do not use this tool with impact wrenches or impact drivers.
