The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISFX618 is a Flextension — an integrated drive extension and socket unit designed for engine assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, and mechanical repair applications. The 3/8 inch drive unit accepts a 9/16 inch, 6-point socket opening and features a SUPERTORQUE lobular profile for increased turning power with reduced risk of fastener deformation. The socket retention pin is TIG welded directly to the extension, creating a non-removable, single-unit design. The assembly supports up to a 30-degree angle offset, making it practical in tight or awkward access points where a straight extension cannot align cleanly.

The JHWISFX618 is suited for production and repair environments where continuous fastener driving is required without interruption from socket separation. The integrated design eliminates the socket-drop issue common with ball-retained hand-tool sockets. This Flextension is compatible with hand tools and power tools running impulse or direct drive configurations. It is not rated for impact tool use. The drive end includes a 7/32 inch cross hole bevel for easier engagement. Maximum working torque is rated at 160 ft-lbs (1,920 in-lbs / 217 Nm).
