Product Description

William H Harvey 019080-12 is a primer supplied in a dauber can that removes gloss, dirt and grease and softens bonding surfaces of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings. It is recommended for high-gloss, hard-finish bell end pipe and fittings and is applied at temperatures from 40 to 110 degrees F. The product is NSF certified and meets the performance requirements of ASTM F-656.
