The WILKERSON R28-04-F0G0B is a standard compressed air regulator designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the Series 28 lineup, it accepts supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 0 to 125 psi. Maximum air flow is rated at 233 CFM through a 1/2 inch NPT port, making it well suited for moderate to high-demand compressed air applications. The body is constructed from aluminum die cast, keeping weight low while providing adequate durability for industrial and commercial environments. A built-in relief function and included pressure gauge give technicians immediate visual feedback and overpressure protection at the point of regulation.
This regulator is used in compressed air distribution systems across industrial, commercial, and mechanical service environments. The 1/2 inch NPT end connections are a standard size found on air headers, branch lines, and equipment drops in manufacturing, HVAC, and general mechanical applications. Modular connection capability allows integration into FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) assemblies where space and system configuration require it. The -13 degrees F minimum temperature rating supports cold-environment installations such as unheated equipment rooms or outdoor enclosures.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service regulator for compressed air systems requiring a 1/2 inch NPT standard regulator with modular FRL compatibility in the Wilkerson Series 28 platform.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing the existing regulator or installing this unit. Confirm all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed air service. Follow applicable compressed air system codes and the equipment manufacturer guidelines for mounting orientation and downstream demand requirements.
