The WILKERSON R28-03-F0G0B is a standard compressed air regulator designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the Series 28 product line, it accepts supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers regulated output across a range of 0 to 125 psi. The body is constructed from aluminum die cast, keeping weight low while providing structural durability. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is adjusted downward. Maximum airflow capacity is 228 CFM, making it suitable for moderate to high-demand compressed air circuits. A pressure gauge is included, and a 1/4-inch gauge port thread allows for field-installed monitoring. Licensed pipefitters, pneumatic system technicians, and industrial maintenance mechanics are the typical installers.
The R28-03-F0G0B is suited for use in industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing compressed air distribution systems. It is compatible with standard NPT piping arrangements via its 3/8-inch NPT end connections. The modular connection feature allows integration into Wilkerson Series 28 filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) modular assemblies, making it a practical choice for technicians building or expanding modular air preparation stations. The fluid type is compressed air only. This regulator is not rated for liquid media or corrosive gas service.
Designed for use with WILKERSON Series 28 modular compressed air preparation components. Compatible with standard 3/8-inch NPT piping. Modular connection feature supports integration into Series 28 filter and lubricator assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or licensed pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the upstream air supply before removing any existing regulator or making connections. Use thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections. Confirm that upstream supply pressure does not exceed 300 psi and that the downstream system is rated for the intended regulated output range.
