The WILKERSON R21-06-000 is a dial air compressed air regulator designed for industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. It accepts a 3/4 inch NPT connection and handles supply pressures up to 300 psi, with an adjustable output range of 5 to 160 psi. At full flow, it passes up to 220 CFM of compressed air. The zinc body construction keeps weight low at 2.3 pounds while standing up to the demands of continuous service. A built-in relief function vents downstream pressure when the set point is reduced, protecting equipment and downstream components. Licensed pneumatic or mechanical contractors typically install and commission this regulator in compressed air distribution lines.
The R21-06-000 is suited for industrial compressed air systems where precise downstream pressure control is required. It fits inline on main distribution headers or branch drops feeding pneumatic tools, actuators, and control equipment. The 3/4 inch NPT port size supports moderate to high flow demand applications. A 1/4 inch gauge port thread is included for adding a pressure gauge when monitoring downstream pressure is required. The fluid type is compressed air only. Operating temperatures start at 32 degrees F minimum, making this unit appropriate for indoor and climate-controlled mechanical rooms.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for compressed air distribution systems requiring a 3/4 inch NPT inline pressure regulator with a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi. Part of the Wilkerson R21 Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or licensed mechanical contractor. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before removing any existing regulator or making connections. Apply thread sealant rated for compressed air service to all NPT connections and torque fittings to the pipe manufacturer's standard recommendation. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after startup and before returning the system to service.
