The WILKERSON R21-03-000 is a dial air compressed air regulator designed to control and maintain downstream pressure in compressed air systems. Part of the R21 series, it accepts inlet pressures up to 300 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 5 to 160 psi, making it well suited to precision pressure control in pneumatic lines. The body is zinc construction, built for durability in industrial and commercial service environments. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure automatically. Licensed pneumatic system technicians and industrial maintenance mechanics install this regulator as part of air preparation assemblies on production floors, service bays, and equipment rooms.
This regulator is used in compressed air distribution systems where stable downstream pressure is required. Typical applications include pneumatic tool supply lines, spray finishing equipment, process control instrumentation, and general industrial air circuits. With a maximum air flow of 180 CFM and a 3/8 inch NPT port, it fits mid-size compressed air lines common in light-to-medium industrial and commercial settings. Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance mechanic or pneumatic system technician. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after installation before returning the system to service.
