The WILKERSON R21-02-000 is a dial air regulator designed to control and stabilize downstream pressure in compressed air systems. Part of the R21 series, it accepts a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi and delivers regulated output across a range of 5 to 160 psi. The zinc body construction keeps weight low at 2.3 pounds while providing durable service in industrial and commercial pneumatic applications. With a maximum air flow rating of 117 CFM and 1/4 inch NPT end connections, this regulator suits a wide range of supply line and tool-feed configurations. A built-in relief function vents downstream pressure when the set point is reduced, making pressure adjustments safer and more controlled.
The R21-02-000 is intended for compressed air service in industrial plants, commercial facilities, and mechanical rooms where downstream pressure must be held within a defined range. Typical installations include pneumatic tool supply lines, process air drops, and equipment protection applications where unregulated supply pressure would exceed safe operating limits. A licensed or qualified mechanic, pipefitter, or pneumatic systems technician handles installation in most commercial settings. The minimum operating temperature of 32 degrees F makes this unit suitable for indoor or climate-controlled environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit regulator for compressed air systems requiring 1/4 inch NPT connections and supply pressures up to 300 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, pneumatic technician, or industrial mechanic familiar with compressed air system codes and safe practices. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line completely before removing any existing regulator or fitting the R21-02-000. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to all NPT connections and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to pressure. The gauge port (1/4 inch thread) is available for an optional pressure gauge if downstream monitoring is required.
