The WILKERSON R19-04-GA00B is a compressed air regulator designed for inline pressure regulation in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Part of the Series 19 modular product line, this regulator accepts a 1/2 inch NPT port connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi with a working output range of 0 to 250 psi. It flows up to 64 CFM and includes a built-in relief function for controlled pressure release. The body is constructed from aluminum die cast, keeping weight low at 0.9 pounds. This unit is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and pneumatic system specialists working with compressed air distribution and control circuits.
The R19-04-GA00B is suited for use in compressed air systems requiring precise downstream pressure control. Its modular connection design allows it to be combined with other Series 19 components such as filters and lubricators to build a complete filter-regulator-lubricator assembly. Typical installations include manufacturing facilities, maintenance shops, and anywhere compressed air must be regulated before reaching pneumatic tools, actuators, or process equipment. No pressure gauge is included, but a 1/4 inch gauge port thread is provided for field installation of a gauge if monitoring is required.
Designed for use in Series 19 modular compressed air preparation systems. Modular connection allows integration with other Series 19 components. Compatible fluid type is compressed air only.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system piping and pneumatic controls. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before installation or removal. Ensure all NPT threaded connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service. Verify downstream equipment pressure ratings before setting the output pressure.
