The WILKERSON R19-04-DA00B is a compressed air regulator designed to maintain stable downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the Series 19 lineup, it accepts supply pressure up to 300 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 0 to 60 psi. The body is constructed from aluminum die cast, keeping weight low at 0.9 pounds while standing up to the demands of industrial and commercial air systems. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is exceeded. Modular connection support allows this regulator to be combined with filter and lubricator units in a standard FRL assembly without additional hardware. Licensed service technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
The R19-04-DA00B is suited for compressed air distribution in commercial and industrial environments where consistent regulated pressure is required. The 1/2 inches NPT port size and 64 CFM flow capacity make it appropriate for medium-duty pneumatic tooling lines, automation equipment feeds, and modular filter-regulator-lubricator stations. The 1/4 inches gauge port thread allows a pressure gauge to be added in the field if monitoring is required, though no gauge is included with this unit. Its Common-P1 regulator configuration is a widely used modular format in industrial pneumatic assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style modular replacement regulator in Common-P1 configuration for Series 19 pneumatic FRL assemblies using 1/2 inches NPT connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pneumatic systems professional. Depressurize the supply line and bleed all downstream pressure before removing or installing any regulator. Follow applicable OSHA and ASME compressed air system guidelines during service. Do not exceed the rated maximum supply pressure of 300 psi at the inlet port.
