The WILKERSON R19-03-DA00B is a Common-P1 compressed air regulator designed to control and stabilize downstream air pressure in pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum die cast construction, it accepts a 3/8 inch NPT port connection and handles supply pressures up to 300 psi with a regulated output range of 0 to 60 psi. Maximum airflow capacity is 64 CFM. The unit includes a relief function that vents excess downstream pressure when the regulator is adjusted downward, a useful feature in precision pneumatic circuits. A 1/4 inch gauge port is provided for optional pressure gauge installation. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance mechanics typically install and service this type of regulator.
The R19-03-DA00B belongs to the Wilkerson Series 19 modular FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) platform. Its modular connection design allows it to be assembled in-line with compatible Series 19 filters and lubricators to build a complete air preparation station. Typical applications include compressed air distribution panels, pneumatic tool supply lines, automated machinery, and process control systems in light industrial and commercial environments. The unit is rated for compressed air service only and carries a minimum operating temperature of -13 degrees F, making it suitable for unheated indoor industrial spaces in most climates.
Designed for use within the Wilkerson Series 19 modular air preparation platform. Modular connection design allows direct assembly with compatible Series 19 filter and lubricator bodies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and isolate the air supply line completely before removing or installing any regulator. Verify that upstream supply pressure does not exceed the 300 psi maximum rating. Follow applicable OSHA and ANSI/ISA standards for compressed air piping and pneumatic component installation.
