The WILKERSON R19-02-GA00B is a compressed air regulator designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum die cast, this Series 19 unit handles a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi and delivers up to 64 CFM of airflow, making it well suited for demanding industrial and commercial air circuits. The 1/4 inch NPT ports allow for straightforward integration into standard compressed air lines. It includes a built-in relief function to vent excess downstream pressure, a modular connection design for inline mounting with compatible filter and lubricator units, and a 1/4 inch gauge port for optional pressure gauge installation. Licensed industrial mechanics, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
The R19-02-GA00B is used in compressed air distribution systems where precise pressure regulation is required at individual equipment drops or at the inlet of pneumatic tools and machinery. The modular connection feature allows it to be combined with other Series 19 components to build filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies. It is rated for compressed air service across a working pressure range of 0 to 250 psi output, with a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi. Its operating temperature floor of -13 degrees F makes it functional in cold-environment installations such as refrigerated warehouses or outdoor enclosures in northern climates.
Designed as a modular Series 19 compressed air regulator compatible with Series 19 filter and lubricator components using the Common-P1 modular connection standard. Specific cross-compatible model numbers should be verified against WILKERSON Series 19 documentation prior to ordering.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before removing or installing any regulator in the line. Apply thread sealant to NPT connections per site standards and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to service. Do not exceed the rated maximum supply pressure of 300 psi.
