The WILKERSON R18-04-F0G0B is a compact compressed air regulator designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum die cast, this Series 18 unit accepts supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers regulated output across a 0 to 125 psi range. At 165 CFM maximum air flow, it handles high-demand applications without restricting the line. A built-in relief function vents excess pressure when set point is reduced, and the included pressure gauge gives technicians an immediate visual reference at the regulator body. The 1/4 inch gauge port and modular connection design simplify integration into multi-unit filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies. Licensed pneumatic system technicians and industrial maintenance mechanics are the typical installers.
This regulator is suited for compressed air distribution in light industrial, manufacturing, and process environments. The 1/2 inch NPT end connections fit standard compressed air headers and branch lines. Its compact body profile makes it practical in tight panel installations or inline runs where a full-size regulator will not fit. The modular connection feature supports direct coupling with compatible Wilkerson Series 18 filter and lubricator units, reducing total assembly length and eliminating extra fittings. Minimum rated operating temperature is -13 degrees F, making it viable in unheated equipment rooms or outdoor enclosures in most climates.
Designed for use with compressed air systems using 1/2 inch NPT connections. Modular connection is compatible with Wilkerson Series 18 filter and lubricator components for FRL assembly configurations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or industrial maintenance mechanic. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing any existing regulator or fittings. Apply thread sealant to NPT connections per manufacturer and facility standards, and verify all joints are leak-free before returning the system to service. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
