The WILKERSON R18-03-F000B is a compact compressed air regulator designed to control downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. It accepts a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 0 to 125 psi, with a maximum airflow capacity of 165 CFM. The body is constructed from aluminum die cast, keeping weight low at 0.9 pounds while maintaining durability in industrial and commercial service environments. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is exceeded. This regulator is installed by mechanical, industrial maintenance, and HVAC technicians working with compressed air distribution systems.
The R18-03-F000B is suited for use in compressed air lines requiring a compact footprint where space is limited. The 3/8 inch NPT port size fits standard pipe thread connections common in light industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. A 1/4 inch gauge port thread is included for optional pressure gauge installation, though no gauge is supplied with the unit. The modular connection feature allows integration into Wilkerson Series 18 modular filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies, making it a practical choice for both standalone and inline modular installations.
Designed for use with compressed air systems. Compatible with Wilkerson Series 18 modular FRL components. Gauge port accepts standard 1/4 inch NPT thread gauges.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system service. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line completely before installing or removing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to all NPT connections and torque fittings per the fitting manufacturer specifications. Verify all downstream connections and gauge ports are sealed or fitted before returning the system to service.
