The WILKERSON R18-02-F000B is a compact compressed air regulator designed to maintain stable downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum die cast, this Series 18 regulator handles supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers a maximum air flow of 148 CFM through a 1/4 inch NPT port. It includes a built-in relief function, allowing excess downstream pressure to vent when the set point is exceeded. The modular connection design supports integration into Wilkerson filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assemblies. No pressure gauge is included, but a 1/4 inch gauge port is available for field installation. This regulator is intended for installation by qualified pneumatic or mechanical technicians in industrial and commercial compressed air systems.
The R18-02-F000B suits applications where space is limited and consistent air pressure regulation is required. It is appropriate for use in manufacturing environments, automated assembly lines, process equipment, and commercial HVAC or pneumatic control panels. The modular design allows it to be used as a standalone unit or combined with compatible Series 18 filter and lubricator bodies. The output pressure range runs from 0 to 125 psi, making it suitable for most standard pneumatic tool and actuator requirements. It is rated for compressed air service only.
Designed as an OEM-style modular replacement or standalone regulator for compressed air systems using Series 18 components with 1/4 inch NPT connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this regulator. Ensure all thread connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service and verify the inlet flow direction matches the marked orientation on the body. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
