The WILKERSON L28-06-KL00B is a Series 28 standard compressed air lubricator designed to deliver measured oil mist to pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and actuators in compressed air systems. The unit features an aluminum die cast body and aluminum bowl with a 9 oz capacity, handling flow rates up to 150 CFM through a 3/4 inch NPT port. A built-in sight glass allows technicians to monitor oil level without interrupting service. Rated for a minimum working temperature of 14 degrees F (-10 degrees C), this lubricator suits year-round industrial and commercial pneumatic applications. Installation is handled by pipefitters, millwrights, or maintenance technicians working on compressed air distribution systems.
The L28-06-KL00B is suited for inline installation on compressed air lines feeding pneumatic tools, air motors, and control actuators in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facility environments. Its modular connection design allows it to be integrated into FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) combination assemblies when paired with compatible Series 28 modular units. The manual drain and nitrile seals make it appropriate for general-purpose dry and lightly lubricated air circuits where consistent oil delivery extends component service life.
Designed as an OEM-style inline lubricator for Series 28 modular compressed air systems with 3/4 inch NPT end connections. Modular connection support allows combination with compatible Series 28 filter and regulator units.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or instrumentation technician. Depressurize and bleed down the compressed air line completely before removing or installing the lubricator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to pressure. Ensure oil fill does not exceed bowl capacity and verify flow direction matches the arrow marked on the body.
