The WILKERSON L28-04-KL00B is a standard compressed air lubricator designed to inject a controlled mist of oil into a compressed air line, protecting downstream pneumatic tools, cylinders, and valves from wear and corrosion. Part of the Wilkerson Series 28 lineup, this unit features an aluminum die cast body and aluminum bowl, accepts 1/2 inch NPT connections, and is rated for 110 CFM airflow. At 9.2 inches tall and 2.9 inches wide, it fits neatly into modular FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) assemblies. Licensed pipefitters, pneumatic system technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This lubricator is suited for both light industrial and commercial compressed air systems where continuous lubrication of downstream components is required. The modular connection design allows it to be paired directly with compatible Series 28 filters and regulators to build inline FRL assemblies. Typical applications include production equipment, air-powered tools, and automated pneumatic control systems. The built-in sight glass allows technicians to verify oil feed rate without disassembling the unit. The 9 oz bowl provides a reasonable service interval between refills under normal duty.
Designed as an OEM-style inline lubricator for compressed air systems requiring 1/2 inch NPT connections and up to 110 CFM flow capacity. Modular connection feature supports integration within Series 28 filter and regulator assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the lubricator in a vertical orientation with bowl facing down, positioned upstream of the pneumatic components it is intended to protect. Follow applicable industry codes and equipment manufacturer guidelines for thread sealant use on NPT connections.
