The WILKERSON L28-03-KK00B is a standard compressed air lubricator designed to deliver controlled oil mist into pneumatic systems, protecting downstream actuators, valves, and air tools from wear. Part of the Series 28 line, it features an aluminum die cast body and a polycarbonate bowl with a built-in bowl guard and sight glass for visual oil-level monitoring at a glance. Rated at 110 CFM flow capacity through a 3/8 inch NPT port, this unit handles typical industrial and production-line air circuits without restricting airflow. It weighs 1.04 pounds and stands 9.25 inches tall with a 2.9 inch width. A manual drain and nitrile seals round out the design for straightforward field service.
This lubricator is suited for use in compressed air distribution systems found in manufacturing facilities, automotive shops, machine tool operations, and general industrial environments. It installs inline on compressed air lines supplying pneumatic tools, cylinders, and control valves that require lubrication. The 3/8 inch NPT end connections make it compatible with standard pipe fittings used in the majority of shop-air and production-line plumbing configurations. The modular connection feature allows integration into FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) assemblies where space-efficient inline conditioning is required.
Designed as an OEM-style inline compressed air lubricator for use in standard pneumatic systems requiring 3/8 inch NPT connections and up to 110 CFM airflow capacity.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the lubricator in the correct flow direction as indicated on the body, downstream of any filter and regulator in the FRL sequence. Verify all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed air service before restoring system pressure.
