The WILKERSON F08-02-SR00B is a general purpose compressed air filter designed to remove particulates and moisture from compressed air lines in pneumatic systems. It accepts 1/4 in NPT end connections and delivers a maximum flow of 42 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). The polycarbonate bowl with nylon bowl guard provides visual monitoring of collected contaminants, and the integrated sight glass lets technicians verify bowl level at a glance. An automatic drain eliminates the need for manual draining during operation. The sintered polyethylene filter media captures solid particulates to protect downstream equipment, tools, and valves. Licensed pneumatic system technicians and maintenance professionals install this filter as part of a point-of-use or inline filtration setup.
The F08-02-SR00B is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial compressed air systems where clean, dry air is required at the point of use. It is designed for inline installation on pneumatic tool drops, control panels, and equipment supply lines. The modular connection design allows it to be combined with other Series 08 components such as regulators and lubricators to build a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly. Typical applications include machine tool lines, spray finishing equipment, and general pneumatic control circuits where 1/4 in NPT porting is the standard connection size.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and inline filter for compressed air systems using 1/4 in NPT connections. Modular connection supports pairing with other Wilkerson Series 08 components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this filter. Orient the bowl downward as required for proper automatic drain operation, and verify all NPT threads are sealed with appropriate thread sealant tape per standard pneumatic installation practice. Do not exceed the rated flow or temperature limits of the unit.
