The WILKERSON ER1-02-0000 is an electronic compressed air regulator designed for precise, signal-driven pressure control in pneumatic systems. Part of the ER1 series, it accepts a 0 to 10 VDC control signal to regulate downstream air pressure up to 125 psi from a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi. The aluminum body keeps weight low at 1.76 pounds. A built-in relief function vents excess pressure when the setpoint drops, making it suitable for automated and process control applications. Licensed HVAC, instrumentation, and industrial technicians install this type of regulator where manual adjustment is not practical or repeatable.
The ER1-02-0000 is used in compressed air distribution systems requiring electronically controlled pressure regulation. It fits into modular pneumatic assemblies via its modular connection interface and installs inline through 1/4 inch NPT ports. Typical applications include automated machinery, process control panels, and test benches where PLC or analog controller outputs set system pressure remotely. The 32 degrees F minimum operating temperature makes it appropriate for indoor and climate-controlled industrial environments.
