The WILKERSON D28-03-FLG0B is a 2-piece filter/regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed to condition compressed air in pneumatic systems. It filters particulates down to 5 microns, regulates downstream pressure, and delivers lubricated air to tools and actuators in a single inline assembly. Rated for up to 110 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, this unit is built around an aluminum body and bowl. The Series 28 design includes a modular connection interface, allowing integration with other Series 28 components. It is sized for 3/8 NPT ported systems and is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and pneumatic system mechanics.
This FRL unit is suited for industrial and commercial compressed air systems where consistent air quality and lubrication are required at the point of use. Typical applications include pneumatic tool stations, automated assembly equipment, and general-purpose air lines operating within a temperature range of -13 degrees F to 150 degrees F. The 3/8 NPT port size makes it appropriate for medium-flow branch lines. A pressure gauge is included for local monitoring of regulated output pressure. Brackets are included for panel or wall mounting at the service point.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for compressed air systems with 3/8 NPT porting. Modular connection is compatible with other WILKERSON Series 28 components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing or installing any FRL component. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper condensate collection and manual drain operation. Verify that downstream pressure settings are confirmed with a calibrated gauge before returning the system to service.
