The WILKERSON D28-03-FKG0B is a two-piece FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single modular assembly for compressed air system preparation. Rated at 110 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi, it conditions incoming air by removing particulates at a 5-micron rating, regulating downstream pressure, and delivering metered lubrication to pneumatic tooling and actuators. The aluminum body and polycarbonate bowl with bowl guard make this unit suitable for demanding shop and industrial environments. A pressure gauge is included and mounts at the 1/4-inch gauge port. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical trades, as well as industrial maintenance technicians, are the typical installers.
This FRL unit is designed for compressed air distribution systems where filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication must be handled in a compact, modular format. The 3/8 NPT port size suits mid-flow branch lines feeding pneumatic tools, cylinders, and valve actuators in light industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical room applications. Operating temperatures range from -13 degrees F to 125 degrees F, covering most indoor and conditioned-space installations. The modular connection design allows the unit to be expanded or reconfigured with compatible Series 28 components. Brackets are included for panel or inline mounting.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard inline FRL unit for compressed air systems using 3/8 NPT connections; modular connection is compatible with Wilkerson Series 28 components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial or mechanical technician familiar with compressed air system plumbing. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before installation or service. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to ensure proper condensate collection and drainage. Verify that downstream pressure settings and lubricator oil level are confirmed before returning the system to service.
