The WILKERSON D18-03-FLG0B is a compact 2-piece filter/regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed to condition compressed air in pneumatic systems. It filters particulates down to 5 microns, regulates supply pressure up to 250 psi, and lubricates downstream components in a single inline assembly. The unit flows up to 70 SCFM through a 3/8 NPT port, making it well suited for moderate-flow industrial and mechanical systems. The aluminum body and aluminum bowl keep weight low while offering solid resistance to compressed-air service conditions. A pressure gauge is included, and the manual drain allows routine bowl servicing without removing the unit from the line.
This FRL unit is intended for use in compressed-air distribution systems where air quality and consistent pressure are required before pneumatic tools, actuators, valves, or control equipment. The compact body format suits installations with limited panel or wall space. It is typically installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or HVAC/mechanical contractors working on pneumatic controls. The modular connection design allows it to integrate with other Series 18 components. The included mounting brackets support direct panel or rail mounting in light industrial, commercial mechanical, and process-control applications.
Designed as a modular Series 18 combination FRL unit with NPT end connections; compatible with other Wilkerson Series 18 modular components. Specific system or equipment compatibility should be verified against the pneumatic circuit requirements of the target installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed-air system plumbing and pneumatic component installation. Depressurize and lock out the compressed-air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the unit upright in the correct flow direction as indicated on the body, and ensure all NPT thread connections are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed-air service. Drain the filter bowl regularly per the system maintenance schedule to prevent liquid carryover to downstream equipment.
