The WILKERSON D18-03-FKG0B is a compact, 2-piece FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. It flows up to 70 SCFM at a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi through a 3/8 NPT port. The unit ships with a pressure gauge and a bowl guard installed. It is designed for industrial and commercial pneumatic systems where clean, regulated, and lubricated air supply is required. Installation is typically performed by maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or pneumatic system specialists working on production equipment, automation lines, or air tool applications.
This FRL unit suits applications where space is limited and a streamlined 2-piece configuration is preferred over a 3-piece assembly. The 3/8 NPT end connections make it compatible with standard compressed air distribution piping. The 5-micron filter element removes particulate from the incoming air supply before it reaches downstream equipment. The manual drain allows periodic removal of accumulated condensate from the filter bowl. The included pressure gauge gives a direct readout of regulated outlet pressure at the unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for compressed air systems utilizing 3/8 NPT porting, Series 18 modular pneumatic component assemblies.
Shut off and bleed down the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Follow local and applicable piping codes when threading NPT fittings, and use appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service. Mount the unit in an upright orientation so the bowls hang vertically for proper condensate collection and oil reservoir function. Inspect the filter bowl and lubricator reservoir periodically and drain or refill as needed during regular system maintenance.
