The WILKERSON D18-02-FLG0B is a compact 2-piece FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. Rated at 45 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, it conditions compressed air by removing particulates at a 5-micron rating, regulating downstream pressure, and delivering metered lubrication to pneumatic tools and actuators. The unit ships with a pressure gauge and mounting brackets included. Aluminum body and bowl construction keep weight low at 2.98 pounds. Licensed HVAC and mechanical technicians, industrial maintenance techs, and pneumatic system installers work with units of this type on production lines, automation cells, and service drops.
The D18-02-FLG0B is suited for light industrial and commercial pneumatic applications where a compact footprint is required. The 1/4 NPT end connections make it compatible with standard quarter-inch compressed air distribution lines. It operates across a temperature range of -13 degrees F to 150 degrees F, making it appropriate for indoor shop environments and light-duty industrial service. The modular design supports inline connection with other Series 18 components. A sight glass on the lubricator bowl allows quick visual inspection of oil level without disassembly.
Designed as an OEM-style inline FRL unit for compressed air systems using 1/4 NPT connections. Compatible with other Wilkerson Series 18 modular components per input data.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanical or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing the unit. Ensure the unit is mounted in the correct flow direction as indicated on the body, and verify that all NPT threaded connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant. Do not exceed the 250 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
