The WILKERSON C28-06-FLG0B is a three-piece FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed-air systems. Rated at 110 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, it conditions air at the point of use before it reaches pneumatic tools, actuators, or control equipment. The unit accepts 3/4 NPT pipe connections and ships with a 1/4 NPT pressure gauge port and an installed gauge. Filtration is handled at a 5-micron rating. Body and bowl construction use aluminum throughout, keeping weight manageable at 5.9 pounds. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance mechanics are the typical installers for this class of equipment.
The C28-06-FLG0B is suited for industrial and commercial compressed-air distribution systems where air quality and consistent pressure are critical to downstream equipment performance. A 3-piece modular design allows each section to be serviced independently without breaking the entire airline. The filter bowl holds 2.9 ounces of collected condensate, and the lubricator bowl holds 6.0 ounces of oil. A sight glass on the lubricator bowl lets technicians verify oil level without disassembly. Brackets are included for panel or wall mounting in equipment rooms, compressor areas, or at machine stations.
Designed as an OEM-style modular FRL unit for Series 28 Wilkerson assemblies with 3/4 NPT porting, suitable for compressed-air systems requiring inline filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication at the point of use.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or industrial maintenance mechanic familiar with compressed-air system procedures. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line completely before installing or servicing any FRL component. Mount the unit vertically with the bowls pointing downward to ensure proper condensate collection and lubricator function. Follow applicable OSHA and facility safety standards for compressed-air work, and verify that all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for pneumatic service.
