The WILKERSON C28-03-FKG0B is a 3-piece FRL combination unit that filters, regulates, and lubricates compressed air in a single inline assembly. Rated at 90 SCFM with a 150 psi maximum supply pressure, this Series 28 unit handles the air preparation demands of most industrial pneumatic systems. The 3/8 NPT ported aluminum body connects via standard NPT end connections, and a 5-micron filter element removes particulate before air reaches downstream tools and actuators. A pressure gauge is included. Licensed HVAC and mechanical contractors, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers for units of this type.
This FRL is suited for compressed air service in light to medium industrial environments, machine tool stations, pneumatic control panels, and production line air circuits. The modular connection design allows it to be added to an existing air preparation lineup. The unit ships with mounting brackets included, making it ready for panel or pipe-mount installation. Operating temperature range is -13 degrees F to 125 degrees F, which covers most indoor industrial and shop environments. Bowl guard is included for polycarbonate bowl protection.

Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the assembly vertically with the bowl pointing downward to ensure proper condensate collection and lubrication delivery. Verify all NPT threaded connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant and torqued to fitting manufacturer guidelines; do not over-tighten polycarbonate bowl components.
