The WILKERSON C18-03-FLG0B is a compact, 3-piece Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed for compressed air system conditioning in industrial and commercial pneumatic applications. This Series 18 unit integrates air filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication into a single inline assembly with a 3/8 NPT port size. It handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi and flows up to 68 SCFM, making it suitable for mid-size pneumatic circuits. The aluminum body and bowl construction keeps weight low while maintaining durability in shop environments. A 1/4-inch gauge port and included pressure gauge allow for direct pressure monitoring without additional fittings.
This FRL combination unit is suited for use in industrial manufacturing, maintenance, and automation settings where pneumatic tools, cylinders, actuators, or valves require clean, regulated, and lubricated air. The compact body design accommodates installations where panel or manifold space is limited. Modular connection capability allows integration with other Series 18 components. The unit operates across a temperature range of -13 degrees F to 150 degrees F, covering most indoor and light-duty outdoor compressed air service conditions. A sight glass on the lubricator bowl allows quick visual confirmation of oil level during operation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and modular component for compressed air FRL systems using 3/8 NPT connections. Compatible with other Wilkerson Series 18 modular components per manufacturer configuration guidelines.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before mounting or servicing this unit. The FRL should be installed with airflow in the correct direction as marked on the body, typically positioned upstream of pneumatic tools or control valves. Follow all applicable facility safety and compressed air system codes during installation and maintenance.
