The WILKERSON C08-02-FLG0B is a miniature 3-piece Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed for compressed air system conditioning. It filters particulate down to 5 microns, regulates line pressure, and delivers lubrication to downstream pneumatic components in a single modular assembly. Rated for 27 SCFM flow and a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, this unit handles the demands of light industrial and trade pneumatic circuits. The aluminum body and bowl keep weight low at 1.96 pounds. A pressure gauge is included for real-time downstream monitoring. Brackets are also included for panel or surface mounting. Manual drain allows technicians to purge collected moisture and debris during routine service intervals.
The C08-02-FLG0B is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic applications where a compact, all-in-one air preparation unit is required. Typical installations include tool supply lines, small automation circuits, pneumatic control systems, and compressed air drops at service panels. The 1/4 NPT port size fits standard small-diameter compressed air lines common in trade service work. The modular connection design allows integration into a larger FRL bank when system requirements expand. Operating temperature range is -13 degrees F to 150 degrees F, making it appropriate for indoor mechanical rooms and conditioned spaces.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install FRL unit for compressed air systems using 1/4 NPT connections in the WILKERSON Series 08 miniature product family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before installing or servicing this unit. Follow applicable local codes and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout/tagout procedures when working on pressurized systems. Mount with flow arrow oriented in the correct direction of supply air travel, and ensure all NPT fittings are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed air service.
