The WILKERSON B28-03-FK00B is a single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed for compressed air systems in industrial and light commercial applications. It handles up to 200 SCFM at a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi, making it suitable for pneumatic tool lines, automation equipment, and general air preparation tasks. The unit features a polycarbonate bowl with a bowl guard, a 5-micron filtration rating, and a manual drain. The aluminum body keeps weight low at 1.87 pounds. Licensed HVAC and mechanical contractors, millwrights, and industrial maintenance technicians install this type of unit as part of a compressed air treatment train.
The B28-03-FK00B suits 3/8 NPT ported pneumatic circuits in both residential shop environments and light industrial installations. The Series 28 platform supports modular connections, allowing the unit to be joined inline with other Wilkerson Series 28 components to build a full FRL train. The 2.9-ounce bowl capacity handles typical condensate accumulation between drain intervals. Operating temperature range runs from -13 degrees F to 125 degrees F, covering most indoor compressed air service conditions. No pressure gauge is included, but a 1/4 NPT gauge port is provided for field-installed instrumentation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard service unit for 3/8 NPT compressed air preparation circuits. Modular connection is compatible with other Wilkerson Series 28 FRL components for inline assembly.
Installation is performed by qualified mechanical or pneumatic system technicians. Depressurize and lockout the compressed air supply before removing or installing any air preparation component. Apply thread sealant rated for compressed air service to NPT connections and do not over-tighten the polycarbonate bowl. Follow applicable OSHA and local mechanical codes for compressed air system service.
