The WILKERSON B03-02-0000 is a miniature single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed for compressed air preparation in pneumatic systems. It combines particulate filtration and pressure regulation into one compact body, reducing installation space and plumbing connections. The unit handles a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi and delivers up to 18 SCFM of filtered, regulated airflow through a 1/4 NPT port. The 5-micron filtration rating removes fine particulates from the air supply before it reaches downstream components. A polycarbonate bowl provides visual monitoring of accumulated moisture and debris. This unit is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pneumatic system integrators, and HVAC-controls technicians working with air-operated equipment.
The B03-02-0000 is suited for light-duty and miniature pneumatic applications where space is limited and clean, regulated air supply is required. Typical installations include point-of-use air preparation ahead of solenoid valves, actuators, air cylinders, and instrumentation. The miniature body profile makes it appropriate for panel-mounted assemblies, small automation stations, and compact tooling circuits. Operating temperature range runs from 32 degrees F to 175 degrees F, making it compatible with standard indoor industrial and light commercial environments. The manual drain allows periodic purging of collected liquid from the bowl during scheduled maintenance.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature filter/regulator for compressed air systems using 1/4 NPT porting; part of the WILKERSON B03 series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and isolate the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper liquid accumulation and drainage. Verify that upstream supply pressure does not exceed the 150 psi maximum rating and that system operating temperatures remain within the 32 degrees F to 175 degrees F range before placing the unit in service.
