The WIKA 9834141 is an analog process pressure gauge designed for monitoring gaseous and liquid media in industrial and mechanical systems. It features a 4.5-inch diameter dial with a single-scale readout ranging from 0 to 100 psi, giving technicians a clear, accurate pressure reading at a glance. The gauge carries a 0.5% of scale accuracy rating, which meets the demands of process monitoring applications. The wetted parts are copper alloy, the case is thermoplastic, and the lens is acrylic. A 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection allows direct installation into standard port fittings. Licensed mechanical contractors, HVAC technicians, and industrial pipe fitters are the primary installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial mechanical systems as well as industrial process piping where reliable pressure indication is required. Typical applications include boiler systems, water supply lines, compressed air systems, hydraulic circuits, and chemical feed lines handling compatible gaseous or liquid media. The lower-mount configuration makes it well suited for panel, manifold, or inline pipe installations where the gauge face must point outward from the pipe run for easy visibility.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media in process piping, HVAC, compressed air, and water system applications requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount process gauge.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician or licensed contractor in accordance with applicable mechanical and plumbing codes. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before connecting or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per standard pipe fitting practice, and do not over-torque the connection into the fitting body. Verify that the media in the system is compatible with copper alloy wetted parts before placing the gauge in service.
