The WIKA 9833506 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding trade and industrial applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a range of 0 to 1500 psi and delivers 1.5% of scale accuracy. Both the case and wetted parts are constructed from 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance suitable for use with gaseous and liquid media. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. The liquid-fill dampens pointer vibration and extends service life in high-cycle or pulsating systems. Installation is handled by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and general industrial piping systems where pressures up to 1500 psi must be monitored continuously. The lower mount, quarter-inch NPT connection allows direct installation into threaded ports on piping, manifolds, pump outlets, and pressure vessels. Its stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for mildly corrosive service conditions involving water, oils, air, and compatible process gases.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial, commercial, and residential piping systems requiring a lower-mount, 0.25-inch NPT connection and a 1500 psi maximum pressure rating. Suitable for use with gaseous and liquid media as noted by the manufacturer.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before threading the gauge into the port. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads and hand-tighten before using a wrench on the hex fitting only — do not apply torque to the gauge case. Verify the system pressure does not exceed the rated maximum before returning the line to service.
