The WIKA 9833417 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate, reliable pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 4-inch analog dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance suitable for use with aggressive media. A lower-mount, 1/2-inch NPT threaded connection makes this gauge compatible with standard process and utility piping configurations. Liquid fill dampens needle vibration and reduces internal wear, extending service life in pulsating or high-vibration systems.
This gauge is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications where pressure monitoring of gaseous or liquid media is required. It is commonly installed on boilers, compressors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and process piping where a clear, vibration-resistant analog readout is needed. The 4-inch dial face provides high visibility in both panel-mount and pipe-mount installations. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance professionals install this gauge as part of pressure monitoring or diagnostics on fluid and gas systems.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media in industrial, commercial, and mechanical systems requiring a lower-mount NPT pressure gauge with a 4-inch dial.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified industrial mechanic. Shut off system pressure and depressurize the line fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads per manufacturer and applicable code requirements, and tighten to fitting manufacturer specifications using a wrench on the gauge hex — do not wrench on the dial case. Verify the pressure range of the gauge does not exceed the operating pressure of the system being monitored.
